Danny grew up in Seattle, Washington where she spent the majority of her life playing soccer and being active. Just as she was beginning her collegiate soccer career, she suffered a cardiac arrest which resulted in the amputation of both her legs below the knees. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with a rare genetic heart disease called Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy.
Since then, Danny has become a passionate advocate for inclusivity and resilience within her community and strives to spread knowledge about the limb different community to more people.
Danny has her Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, and when she has time, she loves to create jewelry, do yoga and pilates, and go to the beach to look for shells or watch the sunset!
Danny is currently based in Seattle/ Santa Maria/ LA.
