Shannon Renee was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She moved to Arizona with her mother when she was 10. She endured one extreme temperature to another. Shannon is also a singer and actor. She has starred in numerous community theatre shows such as, Disaster! The Musical and Annie. She also has on-camera experience being an extra in two feature films such as Middle Men starring Luke Wilson and Maneater with Sarah Chalke. Shannon’s most recent film was playing a deceased mother caused from a science experiment in the independent film, ‘Cure’ in 2020. Ironically enough, the Covid pandemic hit the United States a month later in real life. Shortly after that, she moved to Montana with her husband and her golden retriever. It was good timing. Not knowing how small her city was, she still wanted to sing, act and start a family. Unfortunately, right after she was cleared to carry a baby, she was diagnosed with stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer. She had chemo, a bilateral mastectomy without reconstruction and radiation. She hopes to one day be the first breast cancer survivor for Victoria’s Secret. Her motto is “Cancer isn’t sexy. But you are.”
