Before her accident, Fernanda was a vibrant woman passionate about running, dancing, and horseback riding. Modelling always fascinated her, and she triumphed in four beauty competitions. Her most remarkable feat in the beauty world was representing her state in the national Miss elections in 2019.

Shortly after, her life changed drastically by being involved in a devastating plane crash in 2020, which forced her to relearn everything, from speaking to walking with a prosthetic leg.

But Fernanda's spirit remained unbroken. Despite her challenges, she continues to dance and ride horses, maintaining her passion for sports and fitness. She is determined and confident that she will one day return to running as she once did.

Currently, she is pursuing a psychology degree remotely at the International University of Valencia. Fernanda has been happily married for a year and relocated to Switzerland, though she still visits the Americas at least four times a year.
