Caitlin is a performer at heart. Growing up primarily in NJ, she has been singing, writing music, learning musical instruments, and acting all her life. She recently received her BFA in Acting from Boston University in May 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her purpose as a multidisciplinary artist is to inspire others to heal through her characters, music, speech, and active leadership. She is currently based in LA, and is frequently in NYC.
Caitlin was accidentally burned by hot water by her babysitter in the kitchen sink when she was 8 months old. She has third-degree burn scars from her hips to her feet as well as skin graph scars on her back. As a burn survivor, she understands trauma, identity issues, and standing out more than most. She chooses not to be defined by my scars, but rather allows her experience to positively inform her life choices. Burn victims in the entertainment industry, however, are only viewed with pity, fear, or shame; they are not allowed to exist outside of their pain. Caitlin is determined to expand the definition of “inclusivity” in the entertainment industry by embracing and normalizing unique experiences to prove that people can transcend their pain into something beautiful. She will be heard so that others may feel seen.
Caitlin is also a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, helping people become the best version of themselves through health and fitness. She is proudly vegan for the environment and hopes to one day fuse her love for performing and environmental activism.
