Heidi is a 52 year old mum and grandma who enjoys drawing lifelike animals using coloured pencil. As a young girl Heidi was busy competing at Archery tournaments, riding horses, and playing the piano, violin and Alto saxophone. In later life Heidi started writing songs, and was awarded a highly commended award in a competition. Heidi enjoyed photography, walking, Salsa and Latin dancing, swimming, yoga and pole dancing when she wasn’t working in her hair salon in Derbyshire. Heidi had experienced doing hair for models and TV presenters which she really enjoyed. Along with her son, Heidi was an extra on the TV show Life on Mars.

After having to give up her own horses and unable to do the long hours a busy salon demanded due to ME and Fibromyalgia, her mental health took a severe knock.

But Heidi found support dogs and sent her own dog Rolo to be trained by them, Rolo is giving Heidi the support she needs to once again face the world.
