BIOGRAPHY
Poppy is a happy and very sociable 3 year old who communicates using a combination of speech and makaton signing. She loves music and reading books. She enjoys going swimming, ballet and being outdoors. She is smart, loving, funny and full of life. Poppy has down's syndrome and had open heart surgery at 11.5 weeks old to close a large hole in the bottom chambers of her heart. She has mild to moderate hearing loss. Despite early challenges she has faced she is super determined and a complete go getter!
