The day she stepped out of the neurologist's office on a sunny day in august 2016 she felt relieved. Didn’t have to worry about her pension anymore as life is going to be short and intense. She had been introduced to her new partner for life who is never going to leave her anymore. Mr. Morbus Parkinson.
Ever since, she changed her life towards minimalism, experimenting new challenges, crossing boundaries and getting out of her comfort zone thus still leading an absolute hedonistic and joyful lifestyle. She has nothing to lose anymore as health has gone down the waste pipe already. Constantly travelling means the world to her, feeding the endless curiosity for everything and everyone.
Writing about her ups and downs with Mr P. on her blog has become a necessity to deal with it in a pragmatic and humorous way. Because life is still amazing, and she considers herself a very lucky and fortunate person to seize the day and live a life as if there are no tomorrows.
Writing and Photography are her passions, turned into professions. Fishing and swimming are her hobbies. Yoga and breathing became an inevitable routine. Giving a face to the community of young people affected by Parkinson´s Disease and gaining awareness is her duty.
