Zade (they/she/he/any), born and currently based in Melbourne (Naarm) with German, Burkinabé and Arab ethnicity is a multidisciplinary and multi award winning creative and advocate. Passionate speaking out for many marginalised and intersecting communities that make up Zades identity. Zade has quickly become a symbol of queer liberation emerging in the Australian Ballroom scene in 2022. Zade understands their neurodivergence and queer identity as a blessing in being able to think, feel and move different to societal norms. With strong family and community values Zade hopes to leave the world a better place for future generations by always keeping it real and authentic!
Zade is never shy of pursing something new and has a diversity of pursuits that range from skating, circus skills, dancing, music, writing, theatre, DJ’ing, fashion design to event organising and management, education / advocacy / community / youth work and more!
