Jane Britt is a highly accomplished policy consultant and disability leader with over eight years of experience working with for-purpose and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Holy Cross Services and Social Futures. Her previous roles include Senior Policy Officer at People with Disability Australia (PWDA), Policy and Advocacy Team Leader at Blind Citizens Australia (BCA), and Non-Executive Director at Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN).

Jane has significantly contributed to landmark inquiries, including the NDIS Review (lead), the Disability Royal Commission, and the Aged Care Royal Commission. A sought-after speaker and writer, she has been featured in The Guardian Australia and addressed audiences of up to 2,500, including a presentation at the 2023 Future Women Leadership Summit. She leverages her expertise and lived experience of deafblindness to advocate for disability rights and inclusion.

Beyond policy, Jane consults on accessibility for beauty and fashion brands such as JAM the label and Holme Beauty. Passionate about championing disability leadership at all levels, she is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Inspirational Young Alumni Award from Duchesne College, UQ (2023), the Vision Australia Youth Award for leadership (2020), and an Australia Day Award from the Griffith electorate.
