Helene is a passionate advocate for the chronic illness community, living with six chronic conditions, including Endometriosis and Gastroparesis. 

Despite the challenges these conditions bring, she has turned her journey into a platform for raising awareness and supporting others through her podcast, Spoonie Diaries. 

Helene has achieved remarkable success in business, growing her company, The Spoonie Society, to a multimillion-dollar turnover, while winning multiple prestigious awards like the Stevie Award for product innovation. 

She is also a public speaker, sharing her experiences on topics like pelvic floor Botox and egg freezing. Outside of work, Helene enjoys fashion, event planning, and using social media to connect with others facing similar challenges.
